• 向质量部经理报告，协调，协助和测试客户退货产品
• 准备故障分析报告，每月做质检报告
• 定期协助和维护实验室设备
• Reporting to the Quality Management Manager, you will coordinate, facilitate and test customer returns
• Prepare failure analysis report and monthly QC report
• Facilitate and maintenance of laboratory equipments shall also form part of your job

职位要求/Your profile

• 电子/电气工程的学士学位，成绩良好
• 至少3年相关工作经验，类似工作环境者优先
• ERP操作系统背景和较强的微软系统操作能力
• 过硬的技术和分析能力，沟通能力良好，向客户及时传递技术信息
• 良好的人际关系技巧，积极的工作态度和团队合作精神
• Minimum a good Bachelor Degree in electronic/electrical engineering
• Has at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in similar environment
• Those with working knowledge of ERP system and proficient in Microsoft tools
• Possess strong technical and analytical skills with strong ability to communicate technical information to customers
• Good interpersonal skills, positive work attitude and a team player
